Running November 3-13, the festival will celebrate Spanish language cinema with more than 30 films from Central & South America, Mexico, and Spain! Visiting filmmakers along with their films include Gabriel Figueroa Flores (Mexico), photographer son of the celebrated Mexican cinematographer Gabriel Figueroa, and his film A Portrait of Diego: The Revolutionary Gaze (Un retrato de Diego: La revolución de la mirada); Trisha Ziff (Mexico), director of the acclaimed documentary The Mexican Suitcase (La meleta Mexicana); Viviana García Besné (Mexico) and her documentary on Mexican cinema Lost in Time (Perdida); Actor Esteban Feune de Colombi (Argentina) will attend and discuss his role in Beyond the Road (Por El Camino); Sabrina Farji (Argentina) director of Eva y Lola; Sarah Childress (USA), producer of Country Music (Musica Campesina); and Leonardo Cotlar (Argentina/USA) will be present for A Fly in the Ashes (La mosca en la ceniza). Opening and Closing Gala events will bookend the ten days of entertainment.
